Getting your MTN bills:

If you’re with MTN you either receive your bills in the post or via email. However the easiest way to get the itemised bills you need to use Tariffic is to download them yourself from MTN’s online portal, MTN Active.

If you already use this portal then you probably know where to find and download your bills. If you’ve never used it before, don’t worry, registering for access is pretty simple.

Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: go to

Mtn 1 1

Step 2: Click on ‘Not yet Registered’, just below the login portal. Then fill in your personal details as required

I don’t pay for itemised billing, so now what?

Do you only get a monthly statement and invoice from MTN because you don’t pay to receive the itemised billing that contains the detailed records of all the calls you make, SMSs you send and data you use?

If this is the case then don’t worry, all you need to do is contact MTN’s customer care on 808, get hold of an operator and request that they activate your itemised billing and send you your last 3 months of itemised billing via. MTN will charge you for each month requested and add the cost to the next month’s invoice.

Make sure whoever you’re speaking to understands that you do not want to activate itemised billing and continue paying for it every month - you only want it for the last three months.
